Policies & Disclaimers

SECURITY

Onsite and overseen by the Palladium’s house management and St. Petersburg College’s security personnel prior to, during and just beyond the conclusion of all performances.

PARKING

Free in the gravel lot just east of the theater, and in the paved lot directly across from the theater’s main Fifth Avenue N. entrance, at the southeast corner of Third Street N. and Fifth Avenue N. Plentiful on-street parking is also available within walking distance by and near the theater.

DISABILITIES/WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

Paved handicapped parking spaces are available adjacent to the building. Disabled patrons may enter the theater at the west entrance to the building. This offers nearest access to our Side Door Cabaret theater, and to the nearest elevator providing access to Hough Hall, the theater’s concert hall. Space for Wheelchairs and companion seating is available in the Orchestra only; seating locations can be viewed on the Seating Chart. Call the Box Office during regular hours in advance of the ticketed performances to arrange for help in accessing the theater and/or seating a disabled patron.

SOUND ENHANCEMENT

Headsets for sound augmentation are available at no charge. Call the Box Office during regular hours in advance of the ticketed performance to reserve a set; sets are limited.

CONCESSIONS ARE CASH ONLY

Bottled beer, wine, water, soft drinks and a limited variety of snacks are available as cash-only purchases; the Palladium regrets that the Box Office cannot make change for any reason.

DINING

While the Palladium offers beverages and limited snacks only, all at nominal fees, the theater is a short walk from an array of options along and nearby St. Petersburg’s vibrant downtown waterfront.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Sales tax is included in the purchase price of all tickets sold by the Palladium. The theater offers no refunds. Exchanges of tickets purchased from the Palladium are made at the sole discretion of the Box Office.  Refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased from other than the Palladium are deferred to the patron’s original point of purchase.

THEATER ETIQUETTE

For the enjoyment of everyone at performances in Hough Hall and the Side Door, please respect the artists, other patrons and the Palladium.

Patrons found disturbing the artists and/or the enjoyment of other patrons at any time during performances, may be relocated or removed from the theater.

STILL AND VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY

All flash photography is strictly prohibited from anywhere in the theater, and ALL photography is strictly prohibited from patron seats. Should you wish to take a quick photograph, you must leave your seat and step to the sides or back of the theater and be mindful that you are not obstructing or disturbing the artists or the enjoyment of other patrons.

Photography of any kind may be prohibited from selected shows. Should this be the case, an announcement will be made before the beginning of the performance and supersedes the above.

MOBILE PHONES/ELECTRONIC DEVICES

All phones and devices must be turned off during performance.  Patrons in need of using their phone or electronic device during the performance must move to the lobby, or step outside the building.
