While it’s sad we have had to cancel our holiday season of live shows, I take some comfort in knowing our annual Nate Najar Jazz Holiday concert will be happening and will stream to your home or wherever you want to experience it.
Nate says this year’s version is packed with holiday music, arranged for a jazz ensemble and performed by an all-star band. And you can buy a single ticket for $25 and enjoy the show at home with whoever you happen to be hunkered down with this holiday season.
Here are all the details:
Nate Najar’s Jazz Holiday concert, always a high point of the Palladium season, streams directly to your home this December.
LIVE from Hough Hall, the concert features a swinging mix of holiday tunes performed by an all-star ensemble. The 90-minute musical event features the Nate Najar Trio, with Nate Najar on acoustic guitar, Joe Porter, bass, Jean Bolduc, drums, plus special musical guests Daniela Soledade, vocals, Adrian Cunningham, sax and clarinet, James Suggs, trumpet, and Yves Dharamraj, cello.
Najar’s most recent album, Under Paris Skies, was released on Woodward Avenue Records. Australian Adrian Cunningham is a star in New York’s swing jazz scene. Cunningham and James Suggs record for the international jazz label, Arbors Records. Daniela Soledade, a descendant of Brazilian bossa nova royalty, released A Moment of You in 2019 on Blue Line Music. Cellist Yves Dharamraj is a world-renown classical soloist, recitalist and chamber musician.
