A message from the Executive Director regarding Palladium operations, shows and tickets

A MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Like other venues around our community and around the country, the Palladium has suspended shows and events for the time being in an effort to keep our patrons and our staff safe and healthy. Some shows are canceled, others are being rescheduled for a future date.

We do not have a specific reopening date at this time. We will be following the guidelines set by health officials and our St. Petersburg College leadership. Keep an eye on our website and our social media platforms for news.

Given the swiftness with which this situation unfolded and the uncertain duration of the shutdown we are asking ticket holders to give us a few days to put some plans in place before we begin issuing refunds or exchanging tickets. If you are holding tickets for a canceled or rescheduled show at the Palladium, please know that we will make sure that you are 100 percent satisfied with how your situation is resolved.

For the safety of our employees we will not be opening our building and our box office windows to the public until further notice. We WILL be responding to emails and telephone calls.

These are unprecedented circumstances and we ask for your patience and support as we all work our way through this difficult time.

I promise to share more news as we have more to share. Until then I send best wishes and thanks to all Palladium donors and audience members for your ongoing support. I look forward to celebrating the reopening of  this theater with all of you very soon.
